Our client is currently seeking a Print Manager

The Printing Manager coordinates and oversees the printing area. This position is responsible for preparing and completing action plans, implementation of production, productivity and quality.


  • Responsible for directing the Print Department and all Lead Printers
  • Monitor workflow, efficiency and quality of all Printed products.
  • Print product sampling and control of printed plate inventory, tracking of current revision levels.
  • Evaluating / documenting personnel performance as needed, training printing personal
  • Responsible for efficiency and productivity of Supervisors, Leads and production associates.
  • Maintains adherence to all company policies, safety standards, work rules and regulations
  • Responsible for the overseeing and completion of the Planned, Predictive and Reactive maintenance requirements of the Print Department equipment to insure highest levels of productivity, throughput and OEE.
  • Responsible for supervising, overseeing and directing all production supervisors in their daily performance of job duties as it pertains to their productivity, quality of product manufactured, housekeeping and safety.
  • Additional tasks, assignments and special projects as assigned by the Plant Manager.

  • Interpret company polices to employees, enforces all safety regulations.
  • Assign jobs and scheduled employees.
  • Resolve issues with employees.
  • Assume additional Supervisory/Managerial responsibilities for the facility in the absence of the Plant Manager and/or Production Manager.

  • High school or GED equivalent, or combination of education and experience; Supervisory experience.
  • 5 years supervisory experience
  • Extensive knowledge with print machines.

  • Able to train others
